3/22/2006 level camp.
ah yes, level camp is over! the 2 days have really been a new experience for me.. to facilitate a group of people like that and lead them.
well the 1st day wasn't all that good.. there were lotsa people around who just refused t open up. whatever comments they made were very much like stuff they said t just get their turn over. you know t fu1 yan3 us? yeah. it's actually pretty frustrating. so bad so till i actually just gave in and called chiobu shuaige when i saw "her". =@ so chiobu, that's not counted!! i wasn't thinking right! lol.
during the game where we had t find new people t talk t, chanel and i approached LAOLAO! OMGGG. hahahaha! i can't believe it! now i officially know laolao!! that is if he remembers me. -.- but still! I TALKED T LAOLAO BEFORE! too bad yansee pangseh us. hahaha. woohoo.
the whole public speaking activity was cut short cause the response wasn't really good.. then we moved on t the pushers and blockers game. after the 1st round the ogls were scolded for not being serious. but the other rounds were much much better! we all really shouted so much lah. felt that the class had more spirit after that very last game of the day. cheered us up a little. ^^
we did tribal cheer after that!! omg we really love tribal cheer a lot luh. i wonder how many times we do it a day. lolol. then when everyone left the ogls did mass dance! -grins. which reminds me i gotta refresh my memory about the dances. -.- esp for trad dance!
then today. the free fall was great! many of them fell straight! much better than our ogl training that time. each time you see a successful fall you'll feel this sense of happiness for the class. =D today was the 1st day our class ate together as well. (:
for the web game however.. the class totally went downnnn. it was only till the last 20 mins or so before the class really picked up and got people over. our record was 6!! yay. =D not bad considering how we struggled for the 3 plus hours. it wasover our goal of 3!! at the start the ogls were not allowed t join in and could only watch them. even if they did smth well we couldn't cheer for them. it's quite agonising when you see smth but can't say it t help them out. rahh.
the end of the day finally came.. and we had a short celebrating session! haha. danced, jumped and ran around. some of the ogls went t throw lye up into the air! then omg SOMEBODY started t propose we did that t someone else too and i kena! it's so scary t be thrown up! =@ after we settled down they actually had t cradle the ogls? felt kinda weird t be cradled for so long. kept wondering when it would end. =x then they gave us a rose and our camp facillitators' tee! what totally took us by surprise was when the classes did a cheer out of their own initiative for us! i actually cried luh!! maluation. this is like the 2nd time i'm crying in front of so many people recently. -.- lydia and cheryl cried too. lol.
had our very very last debrief, then we all took photos at the grandstand! (: after the council briefing went for movie night. the show was already halfway through. guess what they screened? X-MEN 2. -.- in line with our orientation theme project-x. there was one part in which they were questioning why jean grey sacrificed herself, and professor x said.. SHE MADE A CHOICE. when we heard that everyone in the LT was like.. WTH!! hahahaha!!
overall the class DID make an improvement. but still i think as a class we can do much much much better. we really need every single person in 0635 t be involved and open up. tmr is O2!! we can do it! hopefully the games will help bond the class better. and that we'll have better class spirit and learn t zi-high more. jiayou!! tmr will be a better day! =D
